Delete your Trainer Hub account

To request deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to:

mckenzie@catchride.co

The link will pre-fill the subject line "Account deletion request" and prompt you to include the email address on your account.

Delete instantly in the app

If you still have the app installed and can sign in, you can delete your account immediately without waiting. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.

What happens when your account is deleted

Deleting your Trainer Hub account permanently removes:

• Your trainer account and profile information.
• Your client and horse roster.
• Any horse photos you have uploaded.
• Any documents stored against horses, such as Coggins and health certificates.
• Visit history synced from provider apps.
• Any pending share requests.

What is retained

We keep limited records where required for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes. These records are retained only for the period necessary to satisfy those obligations and are not used for any other purpose.

Data shared with provider apps

Any client or horse information you previously shared with a service provider (such as a braider, farrier, or bodyworker) remains in that provider's own app as part of that provider's business records. Deleting your Trainer Hub account does not remove or affect those records.

How long it takes

We will action account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a complete request with the email address on your account.
